- Review requests go to every customer. Asking only happy customers breaks Google's rules and can get your profile penalised, so we don't do it.

What is Review & Reputation Assistant?

Does replying to reviews affect Google rankings?
Yes. Google considers review count, rating, recency and whether the business replies in local rankings. AI assistants also use what reviews say when they recommend a business.
Will the replies sound robotic?
No. Each reply is written for that specific review, in your brand voice, and published with your approval. If you like, automatic replies can be switched on for 4–5★ reviews only.
What about fake or unfair reviews?
For reviews that break platform rules we prepare a report to the platform, and for unfair ones we suggest a calm, factual reply. Nobody can guarantee a review gets removed, but the right reply is the best defence for the customers who read it.
