1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the following data controller:

2. What personal data we process

We don't ask for special categories of data (health, biometrics, religion etc.). Please don't include them in your messages.

3. Why we process it

• To answer your quote, information and contact requests and schedule a discovery call,
• To prepare quotes, enter into contracts and deliver our services (AI assistants, automation, web, SEO, ads, content etc.),
• To meet invoicing, accounting and tax obligations,
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse,
• To protect our rights in disputes and answer requests from competent authorities.

We don't use your data to send you advertising and we never sell it. Any commercial electronic messages (campaigns, newsletters) would only be sent with your separate consent under Law No. 6563 and the İYS register.

4. Legal bases

We rely on these legal bases in KVKK Article 5(2):

• (c) processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (quote requests, service contracts),
• (ç) compliance with our legal obligations (Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code etc.),
• (e) establishing, exercising or protecting a right,
• (f) our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (site security, keeping records of requests).

We don't rely on your explicit consent for these. If something ever needs it (for example commercial messages), we will ask separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. How we collect it

• Quote form: the form is not saved on our server. Your browser turns it into a message that you send to us yourself, through the channel you choose (your own email program or WhatsApp).
• Email, phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
• Automatically: our hosting provider's servers keep technical access logs when you visit the site.

6. Cookies and local storage

Our site does not use cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Only two pieces of non-personal information are written to your browser's local storage: the latest exchange rate for the Taksim LED screen prices, and the favourites you mark on the design templates page. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the exchange rate from open.er-api.com, so your IP address is technically passed to those services.

7. Who we share it with

In Turkey: our accountants; legally authorised public bodies; and, only when needed for your project, our sister brand LEDVISTA Media and our production and advertising partners.

Abroad: our email and hosting providers, Meta Platforms when you write to us on WhatsApp, and the Google Fonts and exchange-rate services used on the site. These transfers follow KVKK Article 9, under appropriate safeguards (the Board's standard contracts) or the occasional-transfer conditions in Article 9(6). If you choose to write on WhatsApp, your message passes through Meta's servers as part of the conversation you started.

8. Data in our AI services

The AI sales assistants, review assistants and AI agents we set up for clients process conversations with that business's customers. There, the business is the data controller and WebVista Digital acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement, processing data only on the business's instructions.

• Assistants answer only from information the business provides and hand conversations to a person when needed.
• Under the terms of the enterprise AI platforms we use (e.g. the Anthropic Claude API), customer data is not used to train models.
• Conversation logs are deleted or anonymised after the period agreed with the business.
• Transfers to infrastructure providers abroad use the KVKK Article 9 standard contract mechanism and are notified to the Authority within 5 business days of signing.
• We provide a template and set-up help for the privacy notice the business shows its own customers.

9. How long we keep it

• Quote and contact correspondence that doesn't lead to a contract: 2 years from the last message,
• Contracts, invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law,
• Server access logs: for the period required of our hosting provider.

Afterwards, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised under the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

10. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You can ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you information about it,
• tell you the purpose and whether data is used accordingly,
• name the third parties in Turkey or abroad it was transferred to,
• correct incomplete or inaccurate data,
• erase or destroy it under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
• notify those third parties of any correction, erasure or destruction,
• object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
• compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.

11. How to apply

Send your request in writing to our address above with information that verifies your identity, or email info@web-vista.com from the address registered with us, with the subject "KVKK Request". We answer free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
